Nick Aldis speaks with Rolling Stone about his TNA departure and joining GFW

Nick Aldis was recently interviewed by Aaron Oster for Rolling Stone about his departure from TNA Wrestling and signing with Global Force Wrestling. Aldis, known to fans as Magnus from his days in TNA, wrestled his last match with TNA at the Slammiversary pay-per-view.

Aldis noted that he left TNA on good terms and he’s got a lot on his plate these days. In addition to joining Global Force Wrestling, he’s got a fitness book coming out called “The Superstar Body.” The book will be about real-world techniques on how to have the kind of body that you wouldn’t necessarily associate with bodybuilders but with movie stars, wrestlers, and MMA fighters. The book will talk about how you don’t have to live like a monk and do plain chicken breast and rice to look a certain way.
