KUSHIDA is successful in his Global Force Wrestling debut in Las Vegas

Many of the fans in attendance at Global Force Wrestling’s Amped TV taping got their first look at Japanese superstar and current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion KUSHIDA and they were not disappointed.

KUSHIDA made his Global Force Wrestling debut at the first-ever GFW Amped TV tapings in Las Vegas on July 24 with a victory over Virgil E. Flynn at The Orleans Arena.

The news of KUSHIDA’s GFW debut made headlines around the world.

In addition to being the current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion, KUSHIDA is also a former two-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion with Alex Shelley as the Time Splitters. He also won the 2015 Best of the Super Juniors tournament and he won the ZST Genesis Lightweight Tournament and AJPW U-30 Tag Team Tournament in 2008 with T28.

KUSHIDA is the perfect example of what you can expect from GFW with the best wrestlers from around the world competing against the very best from different organizations.
